They were an investment and management group that focused on the media, telecom and IT industries. LiveWire was created after the sale of PriCellular in 1998.Led strategic reviews of acquisition targets with a lens on Facilities, Real Estate, Procurement, Infrastructure, Call Center, and Warehouse Operations.

PriCellular Corporation owned and operated cellular telephone systems that represented 4.8 million POPs in the eastern half of the United States.
