Demonstrated the success in the reduction of Unsafe Event Count year over year. • Developed the risk assessment methodology, combining physics-based and empiric-based approaches, demonstrated effective in reaching consensus among stake holders often with conflicting interests. The risk assessment also served as the basis for litigation support as needed.• Pioneered and provided expertise in supporting international projects for meeting customers unique safety requirements, such as Australia AS3814, Russia GOST ISO-21789. Interfaced with foreign government officials or regulators, and successfully received needed official permit. Received a Compliance Excellence award at Corporate level as recognition.• CFSE Certified for IEC 61511 since 2013, and AFSP certified for ISO 26262 in 2017. These are the highest credential for Functional Safety, and are critical for satisfying the personnel competency requirement (per IEC 61508), and are helpful to ensure the compliance is achieved in a cost-effective and sustainable manner. -
