I built out an entire end to end appointment booking system using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate supplier appointment booking thus decreasing hand work at 60-70%. Along with I also built a fashion recommendation system using clustering techniques and computer vision models (ResNet50) to recommend similar products, and implemented Generative AI to interact with customers, enhancing their shopping experience and improving product suggestions.As a former Software Engineer at Bosch, I worked to write clean, efficient automation tools in Python to cut down on manual work by 65-70%. Secondly, I performed extensive data wrangling and SQL querying to provide support for analysis and decision making processes.
