Technical liaison to lens manufacturer customers, working through validation of new products and ensuring customer requirements were met. Worked closely with downstream prescription laboratory customers in both the US and Europe to resolve processing issues some were encountering with new versions of Transitions technology. Identified root cause in chemistry and in internal validation protocol, which was subsequently modified and incorporated into future generational development.

Nomination into an accelerated career management program at PPG, resulted in the opportunity to move into a commercial role overseeing a national team of 25 consultants calling on architectural and engineer firms to secure PPG product inclusion in construction projects' specifications. Developed web-based project tracking system to better evaluate consultant performance and the conversion of spec position into actual sales closed by sales reps. Brought structure and direction to accelerate Corporate Accounts paint sales, resulting in nearly $4MM in additional sales.
