Leadership and HR are awesome fields, however my American Dream has gradually transformed to into meeting customer expectations that transcend the bottom line; being an Entrepreneur is freedom and the imagination to create sustainable and scalable business models through smart business investing practices.Creating a flexible leadership sense toward new ideas, and applying emotional intelligence in combination to new technologies, means I am dedicated to contributing to the applied social sciences through research and action.
