Data team leader on an international SAP Project. Guiding different on-site teams across Europe to harmonize data SAP data. Finding a solution to meet the needs for almost 15 different sites on different countries was a real challenge and is a true experience. It has again been a great place to learn how maintenance can be done on such different ways.

Software project to create a monitoring system for marine installation. Project included an on-ship edge type monitoring unit, secure data transfer, On-ground servers and data API development. On-ship unit calculates and stores data locally. On-ground server uses high security data transfer to download data. Server is also used for data API and long term data storage. This was a great project to learn how to manage with limited edge resources and how communication is in the center of project management.

In small company responsible of many things related to product development and customer projects. This suites me very well since I am eager to learn and like to help our customers with the best solutions available. I have been lucky to have this change in my career. I am managing lots of software project but occasionally I have a chance to develop maintenance related tasks on our customers. Maintenance always has a special place in my heart 😊. In my projects I always try to keep things as simple as possible. But as many of you know, making things easy is a complicated thing.

Consultant, project manager and steering group member of guiding two large scale process factories from reactive maintenance to predictive. Including piloting, kpi development, organisation changes, cost following etc. This project lasted for ten years and ended at COVID. At the end roles had changed an I was learning new ideas from the sites. That made me believe that a true change in approach has happened. I want to thank the customer of this project for giving me this opportunity to be part of developing and seeing the changes during a long period of time.
