Responsibilities covered:In charge of work division in Doc. Control & Project Secretary Dept, including workload planning and monitoring, liaise with management, full secretarial support to projects.QA/QC Administrative Management, including coordination of activities required to meet quality standards: scheduling, monitoring and follow up of trainings, internal & external audits, Initiation, handling and follow up of client complaints and NCR's, distribution and implementation of work instructions and procedures. Full secretarial and administrative support to CEO, including handling and follow-up of all incoming correspondences, schedule and coordinate meetings & appointments, prepare and distribute protocols, presentations, letters, translation and editing of engineering and general documents (Hebrew-English and vice versa).
