I was working as a field surveyor and each survey crew had their own team. I had to supervise my team and organize their daily duties. I had to GPS survey points which had been given to me by my senior survey engineer. I was receiving daily plan and had to finish it accordingly. The most important thing was to keep my eyes on safety of the team members and taking proper steps in executing work assignment while working in the field. Also i had to inform them regarding daily movement.

Also i had to take out points from the plan by using AutoCad software and determine the points on the ground using GPS or Total station. Along doing these i was supervising the secondary contractor which was doing the earth work and excavating pits in the camp site.
