- Establish and develop process for BSFL such as biowaste intake & storage, dosing, conveying, mixing, sieving, fertilizer handling- Cost estimation to establish CAPEX of project- Pre-engineering layout of equipments, integration with civil to avoid confliction- Defined URS of equipments for bidding- Evaluation of suppliers- Master layout of factory- Follow up with suppliers: design, layout, manufacturing, FAT, HSE, installation, commissioning as well as promised time schedule.

PHASE 2 BASIC ENGINEERING:- Prepare & conduct KOM with all people responsible for the sub-processes- Initiate plant safety analysis- Develop layout design (equipment), building concept drawing, specification- Perform automation analysis detail, update control concept- Conduct internal design review- Conduct customer design approval meeting3. PHASE 3: DETAIL ENGINEERING- Engineering and design plant details- Finallize building indications- Finallize installation drawings- Create specification for main machines- Initial prders for manufacturing / procurement- Finallize P&ID specification for automation- Conduct customer approval meeting- Conduct project documentation for installation / operation4.
