• Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements

• Provide support and smooth management of the HR processes such as performance evaluation and compensation / promotion, fostering a two way communication with management and Functional HR coverage colleagues,
• Creating, reviewing and revising HR processes and job descriptions,
• Creating and documenting human resources related procedures,
• Ensure proper support in all the steps of the “employees’ life cycle”, from hiring to termination,
• Designing organization structures in detail and strategically on a functional basis, ensuring that organizational charts are up to date,
• Designing, developing, analyzing and transferring reports and generating related presentations,

• Responsible for job data change, transfer and new employee set up processes.
• Responsible for annual leave process.
• Responsible for expatriation process; start from hiring till exiting.
• Responsible for updating and utilizing HR databases and tools.
• Responsible for Line Manager & New Joiner Orientation.
• Responsible for contract management and post offer management.
