- Project lead and execution of M&A transactions across the Nordics with sector responsibility for technology, infrastructure and utilities in Norway- Managing transaction from A – Z including project management, stakeholder management, valuation, presentations, transaction structure and negotiations- Client responsible with significant exposure to key stakeholders and owners through active relationship building and monitoring of transaction opportunities

Porterbuddy (established 2016), a leading Norwegian start-up and last-mile logistics platform and service. Verdane Capital and Canica acquired the majority in 2020. Sold to Instabox (EQT) in 2022.My focus spun on all activities related to go-to-market strategies, funding (capital issue and soft funding), business planning and investor relations. Acted as CFO with responsibility for accounting, financing and controlling.
