She stepped fully into that role 9 years ago first teaching a conscious movement practice, Nia, then added mindfulness and meditation 7 years ago, and finally incorporated executive coaching 5 years ago. Haven is also a Nia Black Belt, Reiki Jin Kei Do Master and Teacher, and Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher. She earned both her BA (Broadcast Journalism) and MBA (Consumer Marketing) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a certified IAMWay ™ coach.
