My experience in talent acquisition prior to this at Madison Reed, honed my ability to understand client needs and build meaningful relationships, while I mastered the art of sourcing and hiring top talent. I've utilized various CRMs and ATS tools like Salesforce, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, JazzHR, and Workday to streamline hiring processes and enhance candidate experiences. I also have a creative side, with skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva that helped me support innovative projects and client needs.With an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the College of Central Florida and coursework toward a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Production Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, I bring a blend of creativity and analytical thinking to everything I do.
