BVSC is controlled by the leading financial group - Bao Viet Holding, under the supervision of the Ministry of Finance.Task responsibilities: - Work directly with domestic and international institutional clients and provide financial advisory services on bond/equity issuance, M&A, divestiture, IPO, restructuring, and related activities.- Analyse clients’ financial data; prepare regulatory filings, market materials, and investor presentations.- Build financial models in making investment decisions, including DCF, multiples valuation, and cash flow projection.- Draft, supplement, and finalize transaction-related documents and submit them to competent authorities. - Stakeholders:+ Board of Director (BOD), Board of Management (BOM) of companies in different sectors such as Real estate; Construction; Steel; Energy; Hospitality; Banking; Securities; Logistics; Food & Beverage; Pharmacy.+ Competent authorities: the State Securities Commission of Vietnam, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam, the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange, and the Hanoi Stock Exchange.+ Internal departments: Investment Service, Legal, Research & Investment Advisory, Brokerage, and Custody.

- Used Websim platform and proposed ~100 efficient trading strategies (Alpha)- Applied quantitative finance to selecting Alpha for equity investment in the international markets (the US, Europe, and Asia) based on criteria: Universe; Sharpe ratio; Returns; and Correlation.- Achieved a prize for the first 200 consultants to summit Alpha quality project in June 2019.
