Continental Forum, Inc. is willing to partner with communities to assist, and contribute to the need to strengthen the support systems for the benefit of children’s health; training children and parents to thoroughly understand the importance of good nutrition and children nourishment independence. After researching and practicing for a few years, encouraged by a breast tumor, I did intensive research for healthier and healing foods; I realized the importance of good nutrition at an early age, and I designed this training teaching my grandson to eat illness preventive, healthier foods. It teaches children to take control of their own nourishment; learning to prepare nutritious meals in minutes; enhance the nutritional value of tasty foods that are lacking proper nutrients; use their imagination to mix ingredients to prepare nutritious, savory, delicious, meals. They learn how to handle kitchen tools safely, know the difference between alkaline and acidic foods, understand their own strength and capabilities. Raises awareness by showing kids they can mix many ingredients to change the taste of foods they don't like, but, that entail good nutrients, and acquire a taste for other foods they can incorporate on their diet. It also encourages parents to become aware of kids need for independence; encouraging kids to use their imagination to mix ingredients to prepare foods, enhance the nutrients, etc. Afterward, children will be able to select better foods for better health, rather than better taste. Kids will be empowered to take over their own nourishment. In turn, to show their parents to contribute to their healthier diet by purchasing the right ingredients; the family engages by sharing responsibility until the children become totally trained. The end result leads to lift the burden from busy parents to feed them; increasing family tides while having fun, coaching and practicing together, for a life-time of good health and nourishment independence.
