I believe in a strength-based comprehensive approach for supporting each client. My goal is to partner with my clients to reach their emotional, and mental health goals. As a graduate student under the supervision of a licensed counselor, I use a trauma-informed approach with a variety of treatment planning modalities. I love seeing clients overcome their life struggles, recognize their resilience, and gain life-long skills for optimal mental health.
