My roles and responsibilities in this company is to Conduct End-to-End Recruitment on all suitable candidates for our client for Indonesia location as per the client requirement.Responsibilities:1. Understand the exact requirement by conducting meetings with Lead Managers and Development Managers to deliver qualified candidates.2. Sourcing the candidates using job portals like Kalibrr, Job Street and LinkedIn3. To take the initial screening to check whether the candidate matches with all prospect of Client’s technical requirement and suitable for the Position or not.4. Negotiating salary with the candidates, so that client can get a suitable person with best package.5. Processing the profile using ATS - CEIPAL to Client and scheduling interview rounds as per the client scheduled date(s).6. Managing the daily schedule to fulfil maximum number of Requirements to achieve more closures.7. Sending daily allocation report to Lead Managers to understand the daily strategy of recruitment and time management.8. Updating interview schedules to the key managers for smooth closures.9. Cross checking of candidate employment history through reference provided during interview to proceed with onboarding process.10. Create the Exact Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report to managing director & Team Leader.
