As a Sr. Product Manager at Digital Green, I lead the design and development of innovative solutions that empower smallholder farmers and support the agricultural extension system and rural communities in Ethiopia. Prior to Digital Green, I worked in building systems in the Health sector for pharmaceutical supply management, vaccine distribution to facilities, and overall strengthening of the Health system to be more digitized. With over five years of experience in product management and design, I have successfully launched and scaled multiple products that leverage data, analytics, and user feedback to deliver impact and value. I have a strong background in product development and stakeholder management, I also have certifications in professional ethics, accounting fundamentals, and reading financial statements from the Corporate Finance Institute. I am proficient in product operations and Looker, a data platform that enables data-driven decision-making. I am passionate about women-centric design, having completed a course on this topic from Unconform, a social enterprise that aims to create inclusive and accessible products and services.
