1. As an Senior Project Leader, I am leading a 10+ person team to build a high performance Android phone from scratch, based on one very competitive platform. My job is to working with product manager to make proper master plan, and use Agile mechanism to work with the team to implement the master plan. The goal is to make the phone as a performance-price rate leader of the world market. 2. As a senior engineer in telecom industry, I am also involved in the research and architecture design of the mobile-Internet product of CKT. I help to provide consultant and comments, using my rich experience in telecom industry and cloud computing. 3. At the mean time, because of my rich experience of customer support and consultant, I am working as an key coordinator with some foreign customers to discuss the requirements of a competitive cellphone dedicated for a special group of people.

1. As an experienced senior engineer, my daily work is to lead the team to develop, implement and maintain the MMSC and NEMS system of NSN. 2. And I am also responsible for allocate and arrange R&D resource to handle the customer live system issues of the whole world. I should lead the team to provide solution to customers in a limit time, to continually increasing the customer satisfaction level.3. In the mean time, as the maintenance project manager I make development plan for MMSC releases. And organize the team members to do the development work according to the plan to make sure the software is delivered to customer on time with good quality.

Nanjing, China

1. As one of the members of Nanjing Security Team, my responsibility is to lead the team to research, discuss, design and test the network security software subsystem of CDMA and EVDO core network.2. On 2006 I worked in the US R&D center of AT&T near Chicago. As a feature engineer, I coordinated the development of the network security subsystem between OMP-FX and FMM-AP in the 1xCDMA and 1xEVDO core network. As the expert of the development unit, I provided support for the design and testing work. And I also cooperated with the US engineer to discuss and work out the development plan.3. As an experienced and lead engineer in security area, I do pre- design study and research of network security technologies and facilities, to build knowledge for the future development of the security subsystem mentioned above. And I also deliver training for team members about what I learned.4. As an experienced engineer, I am also one of the members of TEF (Technical Exchange Forum) of Nanjing R&D Center. My responsibility is to deliver some UNIX and network security related training.
