Work with a team improving processes and providing tools for the department that manages our international offices. My role is to take problems that we are unable to solve with existing products and create bespoke solutions from start to finish, with the support of our company’s DevOps and SysEng teams.This role supports the internal operational teams by automating tedious tasks and improving the office environment with better meeting room tools, office maps, dashboard displays, and air quality monitoring. It also includes projects to support hybrid work initiatives including low-power and low-cost desk reservation tools.

Primarily developing accounting and sales tools to support company expansion into Europe, as well as integrating customer focused products across multiple teams and frameworks.

Lead and work alongside a team of developers focusing on the design, development, and upkeep of company systems. Working on the full web stack utilising strong development skills, database expertise, Linux administration, network and operational knowledge.Includes front end development utilising Javascript libraries Angular & jQuery with modern HTML & CSS. Communication with other managers to provide a strategic roadmap for the development of information system projects throughout the business.

Design, development, and upkeep of a wide variety of internal systems. Mostly PHP based. A mixture of shared code and entirely self owned projects ranging from critical high-availability systems to flexible internal tools with fast turnover.
