CurrentHAWK iSolutions Group, Inc. has focused on applied technologies for small business since our inception in 1999. Those "applied technologies" can range from traditional on-premise configurations to our high-value, affordable cloud offerings for "office in a box" solutions that address both data and voice requirements for an office of one or one hundred. To achieve these objectives, I have guided HAWKi in the movement from traditional premise solutions utilizing "break-fix" support, to a managed service operation that delivers preventative support, to cloud offerings that deliver affordable, flexible solutions that SMB's are finding as valuable as enterprise clients have found. I have also been responsible for developing key partnerships with both our clients and suppliers. I am very proud to provide and support the following companies in our premise and cloud offerings:- Operating systems and office productivity products and services by MICROSOFT- Servers, Storage, Desktop, Tablets, Laptops provided (exclusively) by LENOVO- Robust perimeter protection by WATCHGUARD- WiFi solutions by UBIQUITI- Voice solutions by AVAYA- Print/Copy/Scan solutions by CANON and BROTHERHAWKi offers branded solutions for spam protection and encrypted mail, cloud fax services, and off-premise backup. We can package solutions as purchases, leases, rentals, and subscriptions based on unique requirements presented by each client. I have also established a direction that allows HAWKi to effectively service the not-for-profit organizations that service our St. Louis community. We are extremely proficient at utilizing our suppliers programs that provide service to the NFP community. For instance, all of our 501(c)(3) clients are utilizing the Microsoft Office 365 donation program for communications services as well as the traditional "charity" licensing programs.
