My product solution portfolio spans insurance and investment capabilities, client relationship management (CRM) tools, customer service platforms, and financial planning technology. The applications are used by millions of clients and thousands of financial advisors daily. Previously, I held multiple executive level positions at Amazon.com. I led strategy, technology, and operations for Fresh, Amazon’s same-day grocery delivery business. I helped expand Fresh to major metros globally, building new technologies and operations | supply chain solutions to enable earth’s fastest, 1-hour grocery delivery service and in parallel transformed the profitability of the business. Prior to that, I led the North America Seller Platform for Amazon.com, a technology that enabled millions of Sellers to establish a storefront on Amazon in less than a day and fulfill orders for Amazon customers immediately. Before Amazon, I launched and ran the Seller Marketplace for Kohls.com. The marketplace grew from a pilot to a $425M annual business through product category and assortment expansion, facilitated by a technical platform that enabled inventory and order fulfillment management.
