At the helm of Ector County ISD's Fine Arts, my role encompasses fostering an environment where creativity meets pedagogy. With a DMA in Choral Conducting, I have transitioned from shaping individual voices to orchestrating a comprehensive arts program. Our team's efforts have culminated in a curriculum that not only emphasizes musical excellence but also celebrates the diverse artistic expressions of our students.Together with my colleagues, we’ve nurtured a culture that values the arts as a cornerstone of well-rounded education.
