- Talent Acquisition Process Manager, works directly with owners, executives, and hiring managers of Fortune 500 and emerging companies across the country to develop or improve veteran based talent acquisition strategies and processes. Coordinate a team of internal recruiters and staff to identify the top talent, and fill open engineering, technical, and operational leadership roles.- Responsible for business development and client support for the largest military-focused recruiting company in the country. Awarded “Top Rookie Account Representative” out of 18 new Account Reps nationwide, achieving 142% of individual goal. - Provided direct support to 24 sales reps in VA, DC and MD, for sales and support of Sports Medicine related medical devices and products related to access, resection, repair, fixation, and fluid management for orthopedic surgical cases. Provided oversight and product support to surgical staff during complex surgeries, as well as new product demonstration and familiarization for surgeons, resulting in consistent attainment of challenging sales quota goals.- Provided regional field inventory management services for 24 sales reps for more than $3M worth of capital and disposable inventory. Alleviated significant administrative burden from the reps allowing for increased time for sales and account management, promoting additional fiscal gain opportunity for the reps and ultimately the company. Significantly decreased lost inventory as accounted for by corporate audit, and recovery of more than $99K worth of previously unaccounted for inventory in 2014.- Personally developed and executed a material tracking program for $1M worth of capital equipment to be distributed throughout the East US region for evaluation by accounts. Supporting 16 major regions and more than 250 sales reps, the program included request processing, inventory management and quality control, shipment processing and tracking, compliance verification and enforcement, and management notification of program status. Independently operated by myself, the program was executed flawlessly, processing 108 shipments with 100% compliance and ZERO lost inventory in 2014.

- Supervise 12 military and civilian staff in the development, maintenance, and delivery of highly specialized training for more than 200 Navy and Marine Corps commands.- Awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for development and delivery of training curriculum regarding radioactive fallout mitigation in Japan from the Fukishima nuclear reactor incidents. - Coordinated the acquisition and development of a 9000+ sqft space expansion, increasing Directorate spaces by more than 300%, doubling student capacity and creating a larger, more cohesive staff working environment within the confines of an extremely limited budget.- Managed the development of a new Technical Assist Team (TAT), including the hiring of ten new civilian training staff members, acquisition of “fly-away” training materials and consumables, and development of the initial TAT procedures.

- Department Head, Radiation Health and Safety Department - Directly managed seven military and civilian personnel, and a $112K budget. Responsible for the safety and well-being of all staff, patients and visitors at a premier Military/Veterans hospital in the Pacific NorthWest. - Asst. Department Head, Radiology - Managed teams of military and civilian staff in the operation of medical imaging, nuclear medicine, and associated hazardous waste handling divisions. Coordinated the acquisition and installation of more than $4.3M worth of diagnostic imaging equipment, including an upgraded mammography/women's health initiative, and a complete MRI suite addition. Saved the command $50K annually by improving supply chain processes and patient throughput.- Radiation Safety Officer - Responsible for diagnostic performance surveys of all imaging equipment in the hospital. Also performed Radiation Safety audits and inspections at military facilities in the region (as an external auditor).- Awarded the Navy Commendation Medal for management of equipment acquisition and cost savings to the command.

- Managed personnel responsible for the medical qualification and radiation exposure monitoring and evaluation of more than 900 individuals as part of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program- Developed operating procedures and processes noted as the “Gold Standard” and “Best in the Fleet” by Mobile Training Team and Operational Reactor Safeguards Examination team members. Procedures developed were adopted by U.S. Navy leadership for use in the Navy’s Atlantic Fleet.- Earned Surface Warfare insignia for demonstrating outstanding technical and practical knowledge in the operation of a nuclear powered naval warship at sea.- Awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for process improvement and radiation safety program management.

- Supervised five personnel in the Nuclear Training Division. - Conducted and evaluated radiological controls training for all TRF military and civilian employees. Increased the efficiency and effectiveness of the training given, which improved the level of knowledge and proficiency of the nuclear work force at Kings Bay, GA.- Developed a concise training instruction, merging multiple training units into one, more cohesive division.- Responsible for oversight of all maintenance involving radiological controls on nuclear powered submarines at TRF, Kings Bay.- Awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for successful integration and leadership of the Nuclear Training Division.

- Supervised 11 personnel as Leading Petty Officer, Electrical Division- Responsible for the safe operation of a Naval Nuclear Propulsion Plant operating at sea.- Responsible for safe operation of a shutdown Naval Nuclear Power Plant.- Earned Certificate of Completion of Apprenticeship from the U.S. Dept of Labor for Maintenance Electrician (Any Industry).- Awarded Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for exceptional leadership within the Electrical Division.
