I worked directly with the Food & Beverage (FB) operations and marketing teams to create innovative and memorable beverage concepts and programming on Celebrity's ships. My team was responsible for traveling to all of the ships globally to train the beverage managers and bar teams on the rollout of these new concepts. This included a mix of marketing and operational education with a focus on staying ahead of the competition. We also helped launch and train the team to operate the "Diageo World Class" bar on the ships.

I developed and managed the bar programs and event and marketing calendar for a six-concept restaurant group.
