Starting my career as a graphic designer, It was by chance that I found myself working in the property sector. The agency I joined were the main external resource for Tesco’s property team and as such I cut my teeth on designing and producing public consultations and exhibitions. Tackling complex issues and making them easily digestible and compelling turned out to be one of my strongest skills and something I found very enjoyable. Talking to the public and listening to their concerns and issues helped me understand why so much of development often gets stuck in this phase of planning. I eventually became the owner of Wagstaffs Design and built a 3D visualisation company to support the work we were doing for property developers. Ultimately this became the foundations of VU.CITY.The team and I completed 1000s of Computer generated images and interactive models. Built and delivered ground breaking digital applications on tablets and mobile. I enjoy a technology first approach to problem solving and business that focuses on the integration of client's systems with business partners that enable this client's business to transact business with the end user, such as the cloud, AI, automation, IoT, mobile and social media, to create business value. Passionate about new technology, always up on the latest and emerging software and hardware.I have a strong track record in building teams and finding talented people, many of whom are still working within VU.CITY today. I will always challenge to find the best in people and help them flourish and be seen for the amazing work they deliver. Together with a track record of creating lasting impact.
