Executing the payroll requirement of the company while being responsible to prepare and oversee the company's payroll and benefit related compliance's ( tax, pension etc ) , budgets and coordinate all welfare related insurance activities of the company

Processing regular company payroll and Off-cycle payments through SAP system and liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.Preparing payroll related reports and reconciling payroll related GL accounts.Monitor and control staff attendance I absence activities through SAP system and recommendsolutions.Preparing payroll budget and amend payroll procedures when and where changes are effected.Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluationsIdentify training and development opportunities while organizing staff training sessions, workshops and activities.Handling administrative work of staff health insurance while attending to all queries related to insurance.
