As the Associate Dean and Professor of Management Information Systems at Elon University's Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, I have over 14 years of experience in teaching, researching, and leading innovative initiatives in the field of business analytics and information systems. I am passionate about empowering students, faculty, and organizations with the skills and tools to leverage data and technology for better decision-making and performance.I have founded and directed the Elon Center for Organizational Analytics, Elon NEXT for Professional and Continuing Education Development, and the Elon Innovation Council, and I have been instrumental in developing the Business Analytics curriculum for undergraduate and graduate programs.
