- Print all official letters of the project.- Manage and coordinate project files.- Coordinate between Head Office and three project sites located in Madaba, Al Karak and Aqaba.- Prepare monthly project development report and submit directly to the line manager.- Organize incoming and outgoing mail from and to project sites.

-prepare attendance and absence reports and delivering them to the line managers.- Checking employment applications according to the policies and procedures of the company from its compliance with the specifications and budget approvals.- Enter employee transactions to the HR and payroll system from leaves, new information, and processing salaries.- Keep track of employee’s archives and folders and sort their documents in their files properly.- Issue salaries and payment reports from the company’s payroll system and coordinate accordingly with the finance department.- Review, evaluate and apply personal advances requests, make sure they’re in compliance with the company’s policies to project sites.
