As a Projects Fulfillment Manager at Prime Minister's Delivery Unit (PMDU) within Jordan's Prime Ministry, I support government agencies in implementing initiatives focused on women’s economic empowerment and social protection, contributing to national goals of inclusivity and resilience. My role involves collaborating on action plans to improve Jordan’s performance on international indicators, elevating its global standing. I also monitor and report on the Economic Modernization Vision’s Executive Program, providing progress updates, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation strategies. Through strong stakeholder engagement, I foster collaboration among internal and external partners to drive the successful delivery of high-priority projects.

In this consultancy, I provided operational and advisory support for two multi-sector World Bank-funded programs aimed at advancing economic and public sector reforms. My contributions included coordinating technical missions, preparing essential documentation, and ensuring quality control across various workstreams. Additionally, I supported the IFC ‘Start Mashreq Projects’ and the ‘Prospects Partnership,’ focusing on empowering entrepreneurship and facilitating investment programs across Iraq, Jordan, and Lebanon through strategic reporting and program design.

As Programs and Operations Manager at the Reform Secretariat located within the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, I led program delivery management for initiatives under Jordan’s Reform Matrix, a national framework designed to drive economic reforms and sustainable development. My role encompassed overseeing World Bank-funded programs totaling nearly $3 billion and managing a $50+ million Multi-Donor Trust Fund. I worked closely with government entities and international stakeholders to ensure alignment with national priorities and donor requirements, while fostering collaboration to deliver impactful results.I managed the implementation of technical assistance across governance, public sector efficiency, and economic development areas, while supervising the preparation and updates of work plans, budgets, and procurement plans. Through effective monitoring, reporting, and coordination, I ensured programs met their objectives within tight deadlines and complex operational environments.Additionally, I served as the central coordination point for the Reform Secretariat, facilitating progress tracking and cross-team collaboration. I also supervised and built capacity for team members, enhancing project delivery and reporting capabilities to ensure the success of the Reform Secretariat’s initiatives.

As an M&E Specialist at the Reform Secretariat located within the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, I contributed to the establishment of the Reform Secretariat during its transition from a USAID-funded Project Management Unit to an independent government entity. My responsibilities included monitoring and reporting on the Reform Matrix objectives and supporting the development of COVID-19 response operations. These efforts focused on advancing public sector efficiency and ensuring transparency in government processes.

As Monitoring and Evaluations and Reporting Specialist at Jordan Compact PMU located within the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, I designed a comprehensive monitoring and reporting framework for the Second Equitable Growth and Job Creation World Bank Development Policy Loan, enabling timely identification and resolution of delays and challenges across line ministries. Additionally, I developed and implemented the PMU’s overarching M&E strategy in coordination with key stakeholders, addressing the Reform Matrix, World Bank DLIs, and metrics required by other donors. My work ensured alignment with donor expectations and drove accountability in reporting.

As a Communications, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Jordan Compact PMU located within the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, I managed the updates and reporting for the PMU’s action and work plans, ensuring their alignment with project objectives. I monitored progress toward achieving the Jordan Compact’s goals, providing actionable insights that informed strategic decision-making. Through close collaboration with stakeholders, I helped ensure projects remained on track and delivered meaningful outcomes.

As Tourism Research and Projects Coordinator at USAID Building Economic Sustainability through Tourism Project, I established the Tourism and Hospitality Human Resources Development Committee, fostering collaboration between public and private sectors to enhance industry standards. I led the implementation of the Pathways to Professionalism Program across key resorts and hotels, ensuring alignment with training goals. Additionally, I managed grant fund allocations, maintaining adherence to technical plans and financial guidelines.

As Projects Coordinator at USAID Building Economic Sustainability through Tourism Project, I developed the Tourism Workforce Training Needs Survey and crafted a comprehensive Workforce Development Plan to address skills gaps. I also conducted feasibility studies for e-learning programs designed to empower women in the workforce, contributing to innovative solutions for skills development and gender equity.

As a Projects Coordinator at USAID Economic Growth Through Sustainable Tourism Project, I provided technical support for the Pathways to Professionalism Scheme, coordinating trainings, events, and procurements. My work ensured the smooth execution of project activities, including supervising interns and collaborating closely with managers to meet program objectives.

As a Project Support Coordinator at USAID Economic Growth Through Sustainable Tourism Project, I contributed to the development of the Pathways to Professionalism standards for hospitality roles, supporting skill alignment within the industry. Additionally, I coordinated logistics for study tours, managing all administrative and financial details to ensure seamless implementation.

As an intern at both USAID Economic Growth through Tourism Project and USAID Jordan Tourism Development Project, I provided comprehensive support to the Component Leader, including surveying, sourcing, and organizing tourism data into detailed reports on sector profiles, workforce development, and tourism investment. I contributed to critical updates of key strategic documents such as the Human Resource Development Plan for Jordan, the Manpower and Training Needs Analysis for Jordan’s Tourism Industry, and the Strategy for Reform of Vocational Education Comprehensive Secondary Schools – Hotel and Tourism Program. I also assisted in verifying professional standards for hospitality roles, proofread and refined reports for publication, and conducted in-depth research on tourism and hospitality, focusing on project management, poverty reduction, and education. Additionally, I supported the organization of workshops, including the Tourism Satellite Accounts – Economic Input-Output Report Workshop, and prepared an in-depth report on tourism development in Ajloun governorate.

Hopes for Women in Education is a non-profit NGO that works towards helping refugee, displaced and non-status women continue their post-secondary education through scholarships. It is located in both Toronto – Ontario – Canada and Amman – Jordan. During my time with them, I have researched and authored articles on women’s education and empowerment.
