Through effective monitoring, reporting, and coordination, I ensured programs met their objectives within tight deadlines and complex operational environments.Additionally, I served as the central coordination point for the Reform Secretariat, facilitating progress tracking and cross-team collaboration. I also supervised and built capacity for team members, enhancing project delivery and reporting capabilities to ensure the success of the Reform Secretariat’s initiatives.

I contributed to critical updates of key strategic documents such as the Human Resource Development Plan for Jordan, the Manpower and Training Needs Analysis for Jordan’s Tourism Industry, and the Strategy for Reform of Vocational Education Comprehensive Secondary Schools – Hotel and Tourism Program. I also assisted in verifying professional standards for hospitality roles, proofread and refined reports for publication, and conducted in-depth research on tourism and hospitality, focusing on project management, poverty reduction, and education. Additionally, I supported the organization of workshops, including the Tourism Satellite Accounts – Economic Input-Output Report Workshop, and prepared an in-depth report on tourism development in Ajloun governorate.
