Current• Led a core development team of 8 members in the successful design, implementation, and maintenance of the Centralized Land Records Management Information System (CLRMIS), contributing to over $150 million in savings through in-house development.• Collaborated with data entry vendors across 19 districts to achieve the digitization of 9 million landowner records in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, a critical step in the digital transformation of land records.• Defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and developed interactive Power BI dashboards to track the progress of land records digitization, resulting in a 26.5% increase in the digitization of Revenue Estates within one year.• Managed procurements for servers, computers, OS licenses, and other IT hardware, establishing the necessary ICT infrastructure for the operation of Service Delivery Centers. This effort increased the number of functional SDCs from 33 to 55 in just one year.• Created standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Public Service Delivery, significantly reducing the time required for the issuance of Fard from 60 minutes to 15 minutes and mutation processing from 15 days to 7 days.• Ensured the timely provision of revenue services, resulting in a notable 27.58% increase in Fard issuance during the financial year 2022-2023.• Served as a lead trainer alongside a team of trainers, conducting both on-site and off-site training workshops on new software modules developed by the in-house team.• Streamlined the software development life cycle by introducing Agile methodologies, including Scrum, XP, and lean development, resulting in a 90% improvement in application development in terms of time, quality, and performance.
