I have more than 10 years’ industry experience across recruitment & human resources which has given me exposure to recruitment in both urban and regional areas within internal and agency environments. This has allowed me to understand the best attraction strategies based on the desired skill profile for my clients. Throughout my experience I have supported high profile Government and GOC appointments, solely ran a high-performing Engineering & Technical recruitment desk performing 360 end-to-end recruitment within a tier 1 firm and in recent years have returned back to internal recruitment within the energy sector. I have extensive search and selection experience which has enabled me to understand the importance of the end to end recruitment process.
