In charge of the Bravos plant with a headcount of approximately 650 employees and the medical department of the 3 Vishay plants in Juarez. For 3 years I was working to coordinate Training Department too and for 1 year I was coordinated Benefits and Compensations.My path at Vishay has been very complete in the human resources department by coordinating different areas and having people at different levels as subordinates, such as practitioners, assistants, human resources specialists, doctors and nurses.I have extensive experience in the development of the department's own projects.I work hand in hand with the organization's staff to achieve objectives.At the plant, my position is the highest authority of the department.

I was provide service at the three plants as an HR representative. Lexmark is a company of approximately 1,200 second shift employees and my main responsibilities were to follow up on labor issues, cases of absenteeism, vacancies and promotions at an indirect and administrative level as well as monitoring cafeteria and transportation services.
