As a Help Desk Technician at Matterport, I provided technical support and troubleshooting for over 200 employees and clients, using various tools and platforms such as Windows 10, SQL Server, Azure, and Office 365. I was responsible for resolving issues related to network connectivity, software installation, hardware configuration, and data backup and recovery. I also collaborated with the IT team, consisting of developers, devops, and salesforce administrators, to maintain and update the company's systems and security policies, and to implement new solutions and improvements. I have a strong interest and passion for computer science, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. I have a bachelor's degree in computer information science with a concentration in digital forensics from Washburn University, where I gained a solid foundation in programming, data structures, algorithms, and database management. I also have a certification in Career Essentials in Generative AI by Microsoft and LinkedIn, which demonstrates my ability to use artificial intelligence and machine learning to create innovative and engaging applications.
