The School Leadership team represents the foundation of the school and cohort. It's essential the voice of the student body is represented through the leadership team, to implement real life changes and improvements to the school. - Created and suggested the name for the official House of 'Darwin' for Homestead Senior Secondary College- Worked with the senior secondary leadership team (Teachers and Principles) to create the Homestead Dashboard still present in the main working space of the school, which displays upcoming events, personal pieces of work created by students, mental health and well-being posters, and an anonymous suggestion box open to all students- Organised frequent meetings with the leadership team and teachers to discuss various topics (upcoming events, issues brought up by students, etc.)- Presented as a role model displaying school values, encouraging the student body to display said values- Represented the Homestead community and spoke at official school functions- Collaborated with the senior Homestead leadership team (teachers and principals) to foster leadership skills, discuss the school's core values, discussed upcoming events and official functions.- Contributed by speaking at school assemblies to announce introduce the leadership team and enforced core values- Presented 'Welcome to Country and Acknowledgement of Country' at official functions and school open days- Formed student meetings with House Captains to plan house activities (Athletics Day, House dress up days, etc)- Helped set up and pack up chairs and computer monitors after school assemblies and official school functions- Worked one-on-one with Principals to discuss weekly issues and suggestions- Received constant student suggestions which were relayed to the leadership team and brought up at upcoming meetings- Responsible for hoisting Australian, Aboriginal, and Torres Strait Islanders Flags every morning and every afternoon

A Stage Manager is an enormous role, requiring lots of trust and responsibilities. I presented my full efforts for the production of our school's Hairspray play, and ensured an engaging and safe environment for all peers involved, while also presenting a high quality set of performing nights.- A right hand to my stage director, assisting them with their immediate needs (organising meetings, recording minutes, helping with their miscellaneous tasks)- Worked with the senior musical leadership team to organise meetings and record minutes- Ensured constant and fluid communication with the senior musical leadership team, teachers, and performers- Participated in every rehearsal session, assisting with as many people as I could- Worked closely with the sound team (music cues, dialogue cues, alterations to set music)- Worked closely with lighting team- Helped with mics for performers and singers- Collaborated by annotating the musical transcript with the leadership team and performers- Used a headset to effectively communicate with light team and sound team during performances- Encouraged and motivated backstage crew and performers to perform at their best- Assisted with moving set pieces alongside backstage crew

- Opened Cafe early in the morning, setting up required tools and machines for the day's service (turning on coffee machines, cleaning surfaces, preparing the cashier)- Served assorted drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolates, milkshakes) and assorted food (pastries, grilled cheeses, sweet treats) to customers (students and teachers)- Trained new student baristas with passion and respect
