Ensure safe work practices are maintained during inspections and construction. Ensure the proper documentation has been finished correctly and to specifications. Direct inspectors daily for work areas and responsibilities of the day. Properly list deficiencies of inspected equipment and present to construction crew responsible for work. Maintain proper site specific knowledge to adequately provide answers in a timely fashion. Maintain general industry knowledge for overall benefit to construction team. Manage personnel for work and proper work practices. Manage production counts across site to ensure proper scheduling and numbers for EPC and Owners group. Ensure materials are ordered and received in a timely fashion to prevent production delays.

Ensure all safety procedures and practices are followed and understood by work site personnel to ensure safety for all persons and equipment on site. Update EPC and owners group teams on daily activities including; Scheduling, Work progress, Inspections, issues, material counts, requests in change of method, proper personnel for job tasks, and Initial Work Procedure requests. Ensure proper personnel are in positions to succeed, for the benefit of the entire team, according to their strengths and weaknesses. ensure all inspections are done properly and documented according to needs of EPC and GC to adequately schedule future progress and inspection requests. Ensure Logistics has proper equipment and personnel to properly send materials to field crews to not disrupt the flow of work progress. Ensure all electrical tests are done correctly and timely to ensure no delays during commissioning after the Mechanical Completion date. Ensure proper safety protocols are taken during the duration of the project to properly adjust to the work environment and task being performed in different areas of the site. Ensure all necessary safety gear is readily available for each task being performed and all gear is used according to industry standard. Ensure management personnel are adequately performing job duties and reporting all progress to the necessary parties in a timely fashion. Maintain a good and stable relationship with EPC and Owners team to ensure a comfortable and safe work environment for the management team and all working personnel. Report all issues , equipment change requests, and change orders to the Construction manager and Project Manager of site.

Ensure all inspections are done safely and to the correct and approved specifications. Ensure all work is completed adequately with the proper equipment according to the IFC Drawings. Direct inspection personnel to proper inspection areas and equipment due for inspections daily. Follow up with inspection personnel to ensure timely and correct inspections and pictures are taken day to day. Pre plan Inspections before day begins and ensure all inspections are documented and reported properly. Keep daily, weekly, monthly log of inspections for proper reporting of labor progress throughout site. Ensure issues with inspected equipment is properly documented and reported to relevant personnel for remediation in a timely manner. Verify all issues are remediated properly and the issues are documented as having been remediated. Ensure all punch list items are documented and verified as having been remediated before section turn over to EPC.

Ensure proper inspections are being maintained according to specifications and contracts. Ensure 10% of project is inspected by owners representatives. Approve proper installation methods per drawing specifications, and that these approvals are maintained across site for consistency. Ensure all Issues are documented and reported as observations and allow adequate time for remediation. ensure all observations assigned to the owners group is remediated and closed out for documentation. Verify all work done is done safely and adequately to standards set by EPC and Owners group.

Ensure Rig move is done safely and timely. Operate equipment to company standards. Operatesand movers/sand box/ Solaris silos. Operate blender during pumping. Operate valves for pressure adjustments between stages. Operate chemical additive unit. Operate fracing pumps according to Companies SOP. Operate Hydration Unit. Operate diverter unit. Operate Field Engineer Files according to customer needs. Treat stages according to customer engineer needs. Keep good relationship with customer consultants on location. Proficient at Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
