I have been managing the bakery at Bagel Brothers since January, 2010. I have overseen an expansion of our wholesale operation, working closely with the ownership to develop the recipes, processes and appropriate labor expenditures for the realization of new revenue streams. My time managing the bakery has seen a dramatic decrease in employee turnover, an increase in wholesale sales and overall improvements in efficiency.

At Batdorf & Bronson I was responsible for maintaining quality and consistency in my work. I took pride in the product I was selling and looked forward to often-enthusiastic interactions with customers. My employment with Batdorf & Bronson ended because of a chronologically open-ended commitment overseas.
