Created a chatbot using Microsoft Power Virtual Agent to answer customer inquiries from an array of topics & questions. Designed a scheduled Python project connected to Azure to retrieve bond pricing data from FTSE website, parse & filter it, email users, & output the files to Investment & Operating Portfolio file shares for the consumption of business users. Built a guided tour to teach employees how to use the new IT & Office Services Portal built through ServiceNow. Automated processes using Power Automate, including a weekly purge of two week old Sharepoint database files.

Presented American Airlines stock pitch, utilizing Yahoo Finance & other resources to cover the company overview & make an investment recommendation, projecting future profit using the Perpetuity & EBITDA method. Developed financial literacy by attending weekly finance lectures & market update sessions.

Designed & researched software solutions (genetic algorithm variations) with Python to optimize the construction of a model high rise structure that can withstand earthquake simulations.

Promoted events for the engineering student body such as a Lunch & Learn and the annual Inter-University Workshop (IUW 2022) which had innovative research plans, projects & 40+ people in attendance due to my promotional efforts.

Instructed children in special needs, private, & group swim lessons, evaluated swimming progress & demonstrated, physically manipulated, & communicated with children on how to improve swimming skills (8 hours/week).
