Working directly with clients in the Middleborough area in the entire start-to-finish process of home energy efficiency projects, reviewing home energy assessments, comparing contractor estimates, and submitting rebate requests. Planning, promoting, and executing creative, engaging, and educational bi-monthly workshops with local experts for residents in town on weatherization, climate action, and other topics following Sustainable Middleborough's mission. Completely re-designed the Sustainable Middleborough website (www.sustainablemiddleborough.org), managing stakeholder wants and expectations and working with senior leadership to ensure the website fit all needs of the organization. Continuing to perform ongoing maintenance, improvements, and updates to the website.

Managing 6+ organization social media platforms, at multiple events throughout the year. Create engaging digital content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and Premiere Pro. Taking photo and video at multiple events throughout the year, across the United States. Networking with social media managers at major industry companies, and collaborating with them to create and promote engaging social media campaigns. In the role of Organizer, working with a team to organize the charity in all aspects, including managing 40+ volunteers across multiple events around the country. Networking and outreach with other major industry leaders. Focusing on growing community relations and outreach within the organization. Assisted in raising over $500,000 since beginning of involvement in 2019.

Worked on a project entitled "The Relationship Between Social Support and Post-Pandemic College Student Success.” Involved in all aspects of the project, including writing and amending Institutional Review Board applications, creating interview and survey research protocols, distributing multiple large-scale surveys, conducting and processing live interviews, qualitative data coding, quantitative data processing and analytics, and task management. Worked throughout the school year and during the summer months on the project, will be presenting reserach at an academic conference this fall and plan to write a paper for publication in an academic journal.

Lead a staff of 16+ student employees on the Stonehill Media Technology team, to maintain classrooms and presentation areas around campus. Also managed coverage for large-scale and high-profile events on campus, including lighting and sound design, recording coverage, and other media technology assistance throughout.

Troubleshot malfunctions and diagnosed issues to service equipment quickly and fully. Inspected technical equipment for issues impacting safety or performance. Installed new components or replaced defective parts to restore functionality. Filled out work orders, repair logs, and maintenance plans to document work completed. Performed general troubleshooting on on-site equipment and network infrastructure, and Managed ordering of all technical parts, pertaining to all aspects of the business.

Instructed groups of up to 16 students ranging in age from 5-14 years old on STEM topics including programming, engineering, architecture, CAD, and manufacturing. Utilized and created innovative, interesting and creative courses for students to take throughout the year, as well as working on product development for the company.
