I am currently completing my last semester in the Applied Exercise Science program at Springfield College. I have gained knowledge and experience in strength and conditioning, coaching, and injury prevention. I am aspiring to be a personal trainer and or strength and conditioning coach. I am open to all work environments for example private sector or college. I am excited to see what my future holds and cant wait to apply my knowledge to this field of work and add to the history of it.
