With over 6 years of experience in the NHS, I am a passionate, hardworking and skilled senior project analyst who specializes in , System management, e-learning, project implementation, and training. I am currently working at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, where I assist with the delivery of new functionality within the Electronic Patient Record. My Aim is to bridge the gap between digital informatics and the clinical areas, and to support the staff in adopting and using the latest functionality in the Electronic Patient Record to improve patient care and safety.In my current role, I manage small projects within the implementation team, meeting with stakeholders, analysing their needs, and creating training materials, roll out plans, and training plans. I also supervise Project Implementation and Support Officers to ensure the smooth running of new projects. I have contributed to a successful implementation of a new way of working, new system and functionality to a service within Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in February 2024. Where we trained members of staff, developed comms, and developed a new training package. I am always willing and eager to develop my skills and knowledge.
