Hello, I'm Hayden Mack, an ambitious marketing student currently pursuing my degree in Marketing at the University of North Dakota. With a passion for collaboration, goal-setting, and unwavering loyalty, I strive to make a meaningful impact in every project I undertake. Having past experience with painting and the passion to start my own business, me and 2 of my roommates and fellow University of North Dakota business major students have started the painting company Forks Fresh Coats. Our goal is to bring new life to every wall. With my business Forks Fresh Coats your not only getting new life for your walls that desperately needed it, your also helping promote a student owned and ran company learn how to grow a business one stroke at a time. My time as Head Coach of the Nathan Twining Middle School wrestling team taught me a lot about myself and my work ethic. Being a head coach is a demanding job that takes a lot of leadership and flexibly to run successfully. I have learned many skills that I implement into my life everyday such as how to guide a team to do something that they don't necessarily want to do, through motivation and rewards. I also learned that not everyone communicates the same and that you need to adapt differently based on your audiences. I'm grateful for all the wonderful and hardworking wrestlers and parents that helped me become a better leader and person as a whole.
