A Senior IT Manager with over two decades of experience. I am an inclusive manager that builds trusting relationships with people at all levels and bridges communication between senior management, technical operations, and clients to maximise the impact on an organisation. I effectively lead and promote team culture, coaching and modelling company values to support the development and performance of individuals within the team. I love working with my team to discover what drives them and help unlock their potential and growth. I have taken responsibility for selecting, onboarding, and managing software engineering graduates, and also managing engineering students through internship programs.On the technical side, I'm driven by the desire to tackle technical infrastructure through DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and Cloud Migration. I have years of experience as the principal owner and lead manager of production IT operations. I have plenty of experience managing on-site infrastructure, managing virtual environments, and moving to the cloud. But there's nothing I like more than shutting off legacy systems!
