As the General Manager of SportsPower I am responsible for the management of three stores. I work closely with the owners to manage the business including; sourcing products, developing the P/L, determining KPIs and managing staff.

As the Area Manager for Jim Kidd Sports I am responsible for managing multiple stakeholder relationships and ensuring the company’s brand and vision is upheld at all times. I have a strong skillset in leading and mentoring staff and am responsible for 22 managers and over 200 staff at 12 different locations. I create team and work environments where staff feel valued and strive to provide excellent customer service.

Within my position as Regional Manager for Amart sports I was a key person in the transformation of Rowe and Jarman into Amart Sports after the brand was bought out in 2005. Working closely with the State Manager I developed the brand identity for Amart Sports in WA and implemented effective marketing strategies.

I started my career at Rowe & Jarman as a casual employee, and earned promotions to result in Store Manager for the company. This role was a hands on position including all areas of the running the store as though it was my own business.
