I help people find their way to their destination and manage assets in a way to efficiently do that.I started my career out doing test and evaluation work, where I applied my analytical skills to ensure requirements were covered and claims were backed by appropriate evidence. From there I headed into the design world, working on upgrades to ground support facilities for aircraft by integrating new capabilities, designing the interfaces to make them happen and writing supporting documentation. I'm now working on tasks across the lifecycle of air navigation systems as these transition to new technologies, including the growing use of space-based navigation in Australia as well as maintaining the existing ground-based networks into the future.I hold a CPEng and RPEQ in the Information Technology and Electronics domain, and as a licensed pilot I see my work in action.

  I am the asset planner for Airservices navigation aids - currently over 100 non-precision aids, 25 ILS and 2 GBAS supporting routine approaches as well as GNSS resilience. I perform routine asset management tasks on these systems as well as plan the future of Australia’s air navigation.I also undertake Airservices internal planning and engineering activities for SouthPAN, the Australia and New Zealand SBAS.
