A missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is a voluntary, non-paid, life changing experience. Missionaries pay to be there and are self motivated. We were given a few guidelines to follow as a missionary but, we were expected to find people to teach, keep our lives clean, do service to those who needed it, and many other things on our own. It is impossible to fully capture the experience of a missionary in a few words. But those who complete a mission will always be hard working and honorable to their current endeavor regardless of what others think. This job required that we check the cleanliness of clothes donated to the store. Some clothes donated were sorted to be sent to countries or communities in need. We also were required to sort clothes into Men's, Women's, and Children's sizes. Then would identify the brand of the clothes which would be used to determine the price of the item.

The responsibility of this job was to handle donations to the thrift store carefully and quickly. We also assisted in moving storage boxes around the store.
