Donor Relations:- Support the cultivation and stewardship of relationships with current and potential donors, alumni, and corporate sponsors.- Prepare and distribute acknowledgment letters, donor reports, and other communications promptly.Address donor inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service.Communications:- Draft and revise development-related communications, including newsletters, website content, and social media posts.- Work with the communications team to ensure messaging and branding are consistent across all platforms.Administrative Support:- Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Development and the Development team.- Aid in scheduling, meeting preparation, and other administrative tasks as required.- Manage the department’s calendar, keeping track of important deadlines and events.Program Development:- Partner with program managers to ensure that development initiatives are in sync with the organization's mission and objectives.
