I'm a Mechanical Engineering Technology major pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN, and I work as an engineering intern at Wastequip in Eagleville, TN, where I have been for two years now. At Wastequip, I have learned programming for ABB robots and have traveled across the country to different plants to program and train operators for material handling and sheet metal shearing applications. I have also designed, built, and tested various mechanical fixtures to be implemented in robotic cells as well as improved on other designs. At Wastequip, I have also learned how to fabricate with steel and how to MIG weld and plasma cut. I also have a forklift certification.
