Hayden is currently serving as a Vice President for Quadriga Partners, a leading, healthcare-focused, investment bank headquartered in Denver, CO. Specializing in mergers and acquisitions, Hayden takes pride in maximizing transaction value, terms, structure and fit for his clients. He is licensed by FINRA and holds the Series 79 certification as well as being a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Hayden is a proud graduate of Appalachian State University’s Peacock School of Business where he graduated with his Bachelors of Science in Accounting in the Class of 2015 before returning to obtain his Masters of Science in Accounting in the Class of 2016.
