Brad began his career as a professional athlete, skiing internationally throughout USA and Europe for Australia with state and national titles and competing at state levels in Victoria in gymnastics and swimming. Studying Industrial Design at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia, Brad and his brother birthed the idea for Models on the Net - a way to improve the arduous and complicated process of casting talent and Models via printed material, fax and courier. This was the first SaaS (Software As A Service) of it's time in the world and Brad continued to roll out over 200+ computers to the industry, connecting dial up modems, teaching them how to use the internet and essentially transforming the entire industry online in a few short years. This changed the landscape for the casting process forever.With experience in various large digital projects, his background in design, over two decades managing large development teams and handling solution architecture, digital management, outsource management and sales and marketing, Brad has developed an in depth knowledge and track record delivering quality, award winning innovative products and large web projects to market.Awards from Telstra in the early stages for innovation in business and Adobe for excellence in product development, Brad maintains an exceptionally high standard of work at a world class level.Brad is passionate about innovation, design and the entertainment industry and continues to develop SaaS products, Web and OSX Apps for global entertainment markets, to improve their workflow, save time and cost and ultimately improve efficiency in the industry.
